However during this period I have received phone calls, e-mails and texts, informing of the progress of my order. Also on the day of delivery, I was phoned by the delivery driver to tell me that my barbecue had arrived and was being left in the porch of my house. As I said before, I have been impressed. You hear so many stories of bad customer service. So it's nice to experience something good."
