Excellent product, great service and delivery. I was so impressed with the barbecue I bought as a gift for a friend that I have now ordered one for myself.

Good delivey time and quite easy to assemble. A few of the panels had sustained side dents which I was able to persuade back to near the original. A washer on door hinge came loose and needed weldinng butthese aside I am looking forward to using it.So far so good.

Good service received within 3 days of order, bit bizarre though having it delivered at 5.00am!! Great looking BBQ, though building took some time and very poor instructions. Also, do need a handbook with BBQ. Great rotisserie chicken altho motor tended to stick in one position so a bit burnt on one side. Most feedback issues seem to be around building instructions and handbook, maybe someone should make the effort to address this. Would certainly use flaming barbecues again for great service.

This barbeque is fantastic. No problems with the delivery either. I was a little surprised that there wasn't an instuctions manual with the barbeque.

Really impressed with BillyOh BBQ. Delivery and service excellent. Used a rotisserie for the first time and the chicken tasted delicious. It's a pity it's october as it will have to be stored for the winter soon. The only comment I would like to add is that it would have been useful to have a simple beginner's guide with the bbq, as I had never used a gas bbq before. Cheers, Ken Coombes.

Very, very pleased with the BBQ. 2 hours and 3 beers to build on a Saturday afternoon then used it in the evening. Love it. It looks great when being used and the free cover looks tidy when its not. Shame the weather wasn't up to much. Still used it when cloudy - it gives off that much heat, everyone crowds round. Great.

Delivery was longer than anticipated but BBQ is absolutely great. Looks are top class. Griddle was great for halloumi.

One of the best purchases we've ever made. Really easy to clean, dead easy to use. Took two blokes to put it together, Side burner a real bonus partic for onions + spuds. Thanks you're going to get a five!
