Ordered on the Sunday night and arrived on Tuesday morning with email and phone confirmation that the order was on its way. Used it for the first time on Saturday with excellent results. the food was cooked perfectly and it was easy to clean. great for parties. The only thing I would say is it weighed 74 kg so it took 2 people to move and 1 hour to essemble.

Service was pretty good although I did have it confirmed it would be delivered on Friday when I was off work only to receive notification on Wednesday that it would be delivered on Thursday between 7am and 7pm so I had to have another day off work! Barbecue itself is absolutely massive, a great piece of kit and very good value for money. Instructions leave a little to be desired - need to make sure you get the legs for the cabinet on the right way round or the doors/back don`t fit and you have to take it apart and start again. Not had the opportunity to test it out yet, waiting for some slightly warmer weather.

Had this bar-b-que for 2 weeks now and I wish I had bought it sooner. The service and delivery from flaming barbeques was fabulous, cannot fault them at all. The construction is straightforward but it does require 2 people to lift the unit onto the main body of the unit. You may also want to use a double nut/bolt for the lid as it can work loose, not a problem though. I`m just waiting for warmer weather now as it`s cold cooking outdoors at the moment ;-)

Finally converted - this is our first gas bbq and we now wonder why we waited so long !! This is a great bbq and the service from Flaming Barbecues was fantastic !!
