I purchased Billyoh Acorn 3 burner, delivery was excellent. Assembly was straight forward with good instructions. Once assembled you feel you have a quality product. I have used this BBQ twice now and find it a very good piece of equipment. I wont hesitate on using Flaming Barbecues again.

Great service and delivery. I was worried about not being in at the time of the delivery but your driver delivered to the rear of the property above and beyond what most couriers would do. I would recomend purchasing from this site to anyone

First class service used the next day delivery arrived early next day,just in time for the May bank holiday. We enjoyed a wonderful bbq with friends can highly recommend both product and service thank you,

10/10 from me. Ordered Monday arrived AM Wed. The Billy Oh product is excellent prev. had OUTBACK which was not great, but very impressed with the quality of this product, easy to put together & very sturdy.

Exellent service, ordered Sunday afternoon, delivered Tuesday lunchtime.As stated in other reviews assembly needed a little thought but not difficult. Cooks brilliantly and easy to clean grill & griddle. Would certainly recommend product and company, very satisfied!

AMAZING!!! Ordered 10am Thursday, delivered 7am Fri!! Best service ever! Received emails and a phone call to confirm delivery. Assembly needed some thought but was OK, instructions could be clearer. BBQ is great and cooks great steaks already

We are first timers to BBQ's. Excellant service with immediate delivery. Very sturdy BBQ which heats up very quickly. Glad the sunshine appeared so we could try it out. Cooked great on both griddle and grill. Had to buy more lava rocks but we felt this was a small price to pay for such a wonderful piece of equipment. Would have liked more information about when to cook with BBQ lid down to ensure maximum BBQ taste. We are really pleased with our purchase and the neighbours were impressed with the product although we need to perfect the cooking skills before we invite them to our first BBQ.
