"I ordered a 6 burner Outback barbeque and it was delivered in 2 days. Upon checking the contents I found that a part was missing and I emailed the company. I was amazed that the replacement part was delivered the following day. Having tried out the barbeque I am extremely happy with the results. Many thanks for your very efficient customer care and an excellant product."

"As far as customer service is concerned 'Flaming Barbecues' were faultless. The delivery was swift and efficient. The barbecue was very easy to assemble, in fact I left 3 teenagers to do it and they managed just fine. The barbecue itself is excellent. It is very easy to light and heats up very quickly. The large cooking area has yet to be tested but I feel very confident that it will perform well. All in all I am very happy with my purchase."
