The heater arrived within 3 days and was very easy to assemble. Used it for a birthday party for the first time and was very impressed with the heat output. It kept everyone warm and was asked by nearly all guests where I bought it. I would recommend flaming barbecues and the Billy-oh heater to anyone. Only problem I have is now where to store it when not in use but given the weather in Scotland just now it will be used most of the time. ps I will need to buy a full cover for it as the one provided only covers the reflector and ignition parts.

Super fast delivery and customer service was great. Product delivered next day after purchase! Product easy enough to assemble but the instructions included could have been clearer. Would have no hesitation in ordering again off flaming bbq's!
