The customer service from Flaming Barbecues is absolutely 1st class. I ordered my BBQ on a Wednesday evening and Flaming Barbecues had it delivered by their own delivery service first thing on Friday morning. Everything was there in the Outback barbeque that I purchased, and the quality of the product reflected the price paid. Outstanding in all respects. I would be happy to recommend Flaming Barbeques to anyone thinking of buying a new barbeque

Our bbq is excellent (shame about the weather) we`ve tried it a few times and my husband the cook is really impressed with the whole bbq, not to bad to assemble either!!

Excellent service with prompt delivery. My husband and I assembled it in about two hours without any arguments thanks to the excellent instructions. We were very impressed with the quality and finish, Good-sized cooking area and the griddle is great. Cleaning is easy due to the high quality coating on the grills. We just need the sun to return!

Prompt delivery, and good customer service. All intact when un-packed. Assembly took 2 of us just under 2 hours. Pretty straight-forward. Excellent results from this particular barbecue. Tried out the rotisserie but need more instructions to get better results. Cleaning a bit of a hard as with all barbecues but it cools quickly so a good soak does the job. Excellent product from an excellent company. Well done Flaming Barbcues and Outback.

I have nothing but praise for both the company and the product. Ordering process was straightforward, and delivery was prompt. Erection of the BBQ was no problem, although I did it on my own, when really it needed two people because of the weight of the hood. There appeared to be a small clip missing from one of the knobs - it didn`t really make any difference to the working of the product, but I emailed Flaming Barbecues to let them know. This morning I received a new clip through the post, complete with knob! The BBQ is working very well, and is easy clean, as long as you clean the grills after each BBQ.

Great product. Had it delivered a week ago - ordered it before 12 and it was with me by 10:30am next day! Once it was together (about 2 hours for 2 people taking it easy) it fired up first time. I've had a gas BBQ before but this is my first Outback. Sooooo much better than the last one and the griddle is great (I've turned it over so I have the flat side up and I can cook all sorts of stuff I never did before). Cooks fabulously - we've had 5 BBQs in the last 7 days... with enough cooking area to feed the proverbial 5000. Will be trying the rotisserie this week... Lets hope the good weather stays with us for a while now :-)

Very prompt delivery and well packaged. Not able to check items on delivery however. All seemed well and assembly took the two of us almost 2 hours following the very straight-forward instructions. Gave it full power trial over the Fathers' Day weekend and were really pleased with the succulent food! Excellent results with lamb steaks and rotisserie chicken. Cleaning not too much of a chore really. Have already recommended this site to friends.
