I ordered the BBQ at 2:30 pm Thursday, and it arrived 10:00 am Friday (next day) sterling service. Quite easy to assemble (on my own, about 90 minutes. An outback cover WAS included (even although the product description says there is not one) Due to inclemant weather I have not been able to use the BBQ yet. Although I do a lot of online purchases, I have never felt the need to write reviews. However the service at this site has been expeceptional and hence I had to write in to say - Well done. I got this very good quality BBQ on the 3rd day as promised and when I called customer care as the cover was missing, it was dispatched off without delay and I received it 40hrs later! So in all fantastic service & a fantastic product, the quality of this BBQ really stands out. All I have to say is I am never going to the DIY stores to pick up a BBQ ever again!! (even though the value of the equipments have been nearly the same). Well done to the team at Flaming BBQ.

Fanatastic service.Delivery of the Outback Bakehouse arrived on time although the BBQ Cover did not.This arrived a few days later after being chased to see if had arrived. Wow what a refreshing change!! Buy with confidence these guys are great.

Good service. BBQ cooks very well. 10x better than my old one. The Grilling area is clearly high quality. Deduct one point for assembly as it takes some patience and I had a problem with holes lining up with bolts. However ultimately worth it. BBQ [actually the flamer version] was recommended by 'which' magazine. Used a Weber Rapidfire Charcoal chimney to get it going. This is also a very impressive bit of kit.

Very pleased with delivery time and service. Well packaged and packed BBQ - looks fab in the garden and husband is delighted and eager to BBQ - fingers crossed for dry weather!
