I was impressed with the swift and timely delivery, and also particularly impressed with the prompt responses to my queries and emails before delivery. We used the BBQ at the weekend for a very large party of 45 and I am reliably told by the `chef` that it was fantastic to use, and the food turned out delicious. Would definitely recommend both Flaming BBQ`s and the Outback Elite 6 Burner BBQ.

Firstly, I would like to say what exceptional service I have received from this company with regard to online purchase. Not only was the delivery on time, the phone call after, to ensure customer satisfaction, is this company going back to old fashion standard, (YES). Although I have not used this product yet the standards of workmanship is good and the assembly was staight forward. Overall Exellent.

I found the barbecue extremely usefully and I'm pleased with the results, but I find that the fact we are expected to have tools is insensitive.

I am extremely pleased with this barbecue. It is big but boy oh boy does it do the job. I was particularly impressed with the fast delivery, but more importantly my experience of this company's Customer Care Department is "first class". Would highly recommend both the barbecue and Flaming Barbecues (Kybotech UK).

I bought this BBQ as a surprise for my husband who is a very experienced BBQ chef! He has been very happy with the quality of the BBQ and how nice it is to cook on. I look forward to many more BBQ's!

Having looked around for a while for a replacement BBQ, the Outback looked like a good buy. This 6 burner unit is rather bulky, but when you’re trying to service 20 or more friends, then this is the BBQ for you. It did take a little while to construct, and can be done on your own, though help at the last minute would be advisable. The "porcelain coated cast iron cooking surface" is not that easy to clean as stated!! I've soaked mine over night and still had to scrub like mad to get it clean. The Iron Griddle is large and great for cooking on. I had a spare Griddle so going to remove one of the grill plates and use the Griddles in future. Overall a good buy, and would recommend to anyone who needs a deluxe BBQ.

For the last twenty years I have used nothing but a traditional charcoal BBQ - the last ten years using the same brick built unit strategically placed in the back garden. Two weeks ago I purchased an Outback Elite Platinum Hooded 6 Burner and used it for the first time just on a week ago - why did I not buy this years ago. I am certainly not mechanically minded, but I put this together (with a little help from my daughter) with no trouble at all. Fantastic unit and a real joy to cook on - roll on the really warm weather so I can really start to use it!!

The mother of all BBQ - The Outback returns.. I initially invested in a Hunter Outback BBQ over 8 years ago. Having had probably >1000 bbqs in that time (including Xmas lunch) it was time to replace - I looked around at other brands but there was only 1 product - The Outback. Moving to a 6 burner does give you ample more room for larger parties and it maintains the overall robust Outback feel. The original Outback lasted me 8 years with the burners giving away in the end due to rust but with >1000 bbqs in that time it was worth every penny. Upgrading to the 6 burner cost me approximately the same as the Hunter did in 1998 - great value, product will last many years (so dont go for the more expensive stainless steel version. Delivery was prompt - other sites offered the product at the same price but ccould not get stock to late spring - I ordered the product on the Tuesday and it was delivered on the Thursday - fantastic service. Please note you will need 2 people to assemble and you can use butane attachments as well - no need to buy expensive new cyliner if you already have blue cannister.
