The Avalon also benefits from a side burner so you can cook your sauces separately or just keep your cooked food on a low heat.
The addition of an infrared back burner also means that when cooking with the rotisserie you will get a fantastic even heat to aid your cooking. , the rotisserie also features lights to aid cooking at night. In order to cook efficiently and to aid longeavity, the cooking grids are chrome enamelled and once your food is cooked, there is a convenient warming rack to ensure it stays warm until you are ready. Convenience is also portrayed with the movability of the barbecue thanks to the multi directuional lockable castors.
