I have been very impressed with the level of costumer service that I have been offered. During the recent bad weather, it has not been possible to deliver my Kingsford Barbecue. However during this period I have received phone calls, e-mails and texts, informing of the progress of my order. Also on the day of delivery, I was phoned by the delivery driver to tell me that my barbecue had arrived and was being left in the porch of my house. As I said before, I have been impressed. You hear so many stories of bad customer service. So it's nice to experience something good.

Great service, great delivery, great price, even greater BBQ.If Flaming Barbecues was a little closer to Bath i would invite them to my next BBQ.
