A barbecue is a great excuse for holding an impromptu outdoor social gathering, a great British tradition, best of all they can be used all year round. This Boomerang barbecue has 3 stainless steel burners and a host of other features for your cooking pleasure. A truly great barbecue for all of your outdoor entertaining needs.
Features
The outdoor cooking enthusiasts among us will love the twin side shelves making preparation and cooking outside easier and to provide extra work space. It is supplied with 3 stainless steel burners to give your greater control over your cooking temperatures and allows you to experiment more with your outdoor cooking.
The barbecue has a galvanized steel drip tray making the job even easier when it comes to cleaning after use. With other features like coated flame tamer, heat indicator built into the hood and rubber wheels for easy manoeuvrability this product is a great buy for entertaining and cooking outside.
Coated Flame Tamers are used instead of lava rocks with the Boomerang Elite which are easily cleanable and there is no need to replace
This BBQ also features porcelain enamel coated grills that are highly durable and high quality. This barbecue has a great modern design, including curved wooden sections on the trolley which make this a truly attractive essential piece of equipment in any garden or patio area.
Gas and Regulator
We include a propane/patio gas clip on gas regulator as standard with this bbq and recommend that you use propane gas or patio gas to achieve the best barbecuing experience. However this barbecue can use either propane / patio gas or butane LPG gas.
We recommend propane/patio gas as it will supply gas all year round, even on cold winter days. Butane bottles however tend to supply sufficient gas during the summer, but its performance may well be reduced once temperatures drop below 10 degrees C. Please be aware that if you intend to use butane that a butane regulator is not supplied and we do not stock these items.
Grill Cooking
The burner heats up the coated flame tamers underneath the grill, which in turn heats up the food on the grill. The natural food juices produced during cooking fall onto the hot coated flame tamers below and vaporise. The subsequent rising smoke bastes the food, as it travels upwards, imparting that unique barbecue flavour.
Roasting Hood Cooking
Barbecues equipped with a roasting hood give the option of cooking with hood closed to form an ‘oven’ for roasting food, such as joints of meat , whole chickens, etc.
