An excellent value for money product and backed by good after sales support. Mine arrived with a damaged burner control knob which was promptly changed without question. As good as the barbeque is, you would do well to avoid studying the exploded diagram of parts, for this, as other reviewers have said, is the Achilles heel. It is far too small and not detailed enough to make any considered judgement on which part is which from the verbal instructions. If however you have a modest engineering ability it can be easily worked out, and that is my suggested procedure. All in all, a very competitive price for an easy to use cooker which with care should last a long time.

Excellent quick delivery,wonderful barbecue, cooks beautifully, looks fantastic however, as others have said, there were some typos in the assembly instructions leading to us having to retrace our steps and redo certain parts we had alreay put together. However, confusion is definitely worth it and can`t wait to use it more in the summer!!!
